Terms
Plain terms for using Synnal while it’s in early access. Using the product means you’re okay with these.
What Synnal is
A tool that reads a public YouTube video’s comments and gives you a structured brief of what was argued and how the audience received it. It’s a research aid, not a verdict — it reports what people said, and doesn’t score truth, bias, or misinformation.
Fair use
Analyse videos you have a legitimate reason to. Don’t use Synnal to harass anyone, to scrape at a scale that abuses YouTube’s API, or to pass a brief off as something a human wrote and vouched for. The monthly limits are there so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
No guarantees, yet
Synnal is early. Briefs are generated from real data but summarised by a model, so read them as a well-sourced starting point, not a citation of record. We may change features, limits, or pricing as it matures — and we’ll be straight with you when we do.
